On Valentines Day we decided to go to Central Grill in Cedar square, we booked about 2 weeks ago.
From start to finish was an absolute disaster!
We were not given a menu or offered a drink for ages, until we finally waved someone over.
We then ordered a bottle of wine, after 30 minutes it still had not arrived. We asked again and our waiter brought us a different bottle to what we had ordered, he plonked it down on the table and said "we don't have the one you ordered" and walked away.

We had been waiting over an hour for our main course when our waiter came over and asked us to choose something else from the set menu. It was nearly 10 o'clock so we asked him to call the manager and bring us the bill. Neither arrived... I asked again for the bill (now quite irritated) and the waiter was rude and dismissive, shaking his head as head as he went to serve another table.
We then left and went to Kitchen bar, where we were served dinner in 20 mins!

I realise it was busy because of Valentines day but if you cant handle the crowds DONT BOOK SO MANY TABLES!!!
Valentines Day, Ruined.....
