    I have been going to Brows for more than ten years. Last two visits (Dec 2010, Jan 2011) it was empty and food really not great (last time all four mains at our table were not good). Service has become pushy, trying to get diners to order expensive wines. Items on the menu (food and cigar) are not available with waitress admitting that they have not restocked cigars for a while. No need to book anynmore - generally pretty sad.
