Decor is very impressive, the stillness of the park across the street lends an interesting dimension to the ambiance.
My Food was ok - fish (Dorado) was dry, my Spaetzle starter was interesting and tasteful and desert was good. I could not understand the restaurant's very limited menu, which simply did not work for me.
Wine choices very good.
Service was very attentive, waitress well trained and sincere with her attention.

Harvey's way of having everything in portions is a disgrace and my order from the main menu was hard to find on the plate. We felt we should pay "harvies" for the large bill we received. However we had a good laugh but would never go back or recommend it to others
