Did you perhaps mean Caesar Cardini's original 'coddled egg' boiled IN the shell for a mere minute or two - and ALWAYS served ready-tossed with the dressing into the salad, not perched among the leaves. My only gripe is that they lost the best dessert item off their menu - the hazelnut chocolate brownies. Those were a religious experience...
